We believe that food is an art as much as a science. Our sustainable ethos is firmly rooted around celebrating the wild ingredients we have available on our land throughout the year as well as the organic produce we grow meaning that our menus always vary according to season.

From MasterChef champions to some of the UK’s most loved restaurateurs to global icons Nomadic. operate alongside an enviable black book of private chefs. Each menu imparts our resident chefs own culinary heritage onto the dishes crafted from the local ingredients that can be found in our woods.

We use open fire theatre & Nomadic cooking techniques drawing heat from the surrounding wood to impart flavour on each dish. When it comes to dietary requirements, we are agnostic, we cater to every guest & respect everyone’s individual preferences.
