Kitchen On The Edge Of The World is an extraordinary culinary adventure which takes place just three times a year. Immersed in a spectacular landscape that has to be seen to be believed above the Arctic Circle, the open kitchen showcases the finest ingredients caught, foraged and gathered from its surroundings. Each ingredient transformed into a culinary masterpiece by an enviable selection of world-class chefs. Dine around a remarkable chef’s table with a handful of fellow adventurers, watching your feast unfold before you from an open kitchen as you imbibe wild cocktails crafted by one of the worlds best mixologists.

During your four night stay, surrounded by sea and mountains, you can choose between a variety of carefully curated outdoor workshops with handpicked experts or unwind by the crackling fire with a book.

Private Bookings

In addition to Kitchen On The Edge, Holmen Lofoten hosts corporate events, private bookings and celebrations throughout the season which runs from March to November and can tailor a bespoke package to your requirements. Guests stay in a remote collection of traditional, cosy fisherman’s cabins overlooking the surrounding shores and mountains which have been meticulously restored in effortlessly stylish Scandinavian fashion.
