We treat people as we would like to be treated. Where there is a direct trade off between people and profit we choose people. Every time. Everyone in the business from the cleaner to the chef is integral to its success. We will always cover our staffs reasonable expenses. We want Nomadic to be one of the most enjoyable and fulfilling places to work and that means celebrating the people who work for us. We will celebrate each others successes and be an environment where people are allowed to make mistakes without judgement.

We offer our guests an authentic back to nature experience. We don’t pretend to be anything different. We will always be honest with them about the challenges this entails.

When we started the business, we had no idea what we were doing but we kept doing it until we got it right. We learnt to create opportunities from problems. Today we continue to make mistakes but it is our ability to adapt and evolve and come up with creative solutions that ultimately defines us.

We are a community of world class chefs, mixologists, hosts, cleaners and creatives all striving towards a common goal and we rely on each others unique talents to grow. Our customers are not our ‘clients’, they are our brand ambassadors and are part of our community.
