Join us in our hidden woodland for a sumptuous feast cooked over open fire in intimate surroundings and savour the sites sounds and tastes of nature. It might be winter but the days are starting to get that little bit longer and the first signs of spring are starting to show.
MARCH
Spring Time Spectacular
After a long cold winter, it's time to get out of the house and back to nature. Join us for an adventure as we forage for bittercress, a cornucopia of flowering three-cornered garlic, wood sorrel, gorse flower and dine out in spectacular style on our hand-carved wooden table.
APRIL
Nomadic. x Eyal Jagermann
Join Eyal as he takes us on a culinary journey through nature and savour the sites, sounds and smells of our woodland on your plate.
Your afternoon begins with a welcome cocktail expertly curated by our resident mixologist followed by a guided foraged tour where you will learn to identify and pick out wild ingredients for your meal.
MAY
The Last of The Bluebells
We invite you to dine out on a 15-metre table hand carved from a fallen larch tree surrounded by a spectacular sea of bluebells. Bluebells carpet our woods for two short weeks from the end of April until the start of May.
JUNE
Nomadic. x Eat Native
We are delighted to partner with Imogen and Ivan, the creative duo behind multi-award-winning Eat Native, who like us, are part of a movement towards zero-waste, seasonally inspired eating.
Join Imogen and Ivan for an exclusive feast over fire in our hidden woodland.
JULY
Independence Day Forage & Feast Over Fire
Spend your 4th July in spectacular style in our hidden woodland and enjoy an unconventional foraged feast to celebrate followed by a selection of fireworks in red, white and blue.
AUGUST
Mad Hatters Foraged Tea Party
Savour a quirky yet quintessentially British feast around our giant wooden table in the middle of the forest. The day will start out with a guided foraged tour of our woodland and quickly descend into madness as we sink a few glasses of Pimms and indulge in Eton Mess. There may even be an occasional scone thrown in for good measure.
SEPTEMBER
Nomadic. x 2019 MasterChef Champ Stuart Deeley
Nomadic are delighted to welcome to its hidden woodland last years professional Masterchef winner Stuart Deeley for an exclusive feast over fire.
Stuart will showcase some of his signature seasonal dishes on open fire using wood collected from our forest using many of the wild ingredients growing our woodland.
OCTOBER
Halloween Spooktacular
If you go down to the woods today you might get a big surprise...
Your dining adventure will begin when you and fellow guests are briefed at the arrivals point and transported to our hidden haunted woodland. As you descend deeper and deeper into the deep dark woods more surprises await you...
NOVEMBER
Guy Fawkes Foraged Feast
As long nights draw in and winter approaches enjoy a spectacular feast inspired by locally sourced seasonal and organic ingredients along with a tour of our 90-acre woodland estate. After lunch huddle around our custom-built stone fire pit on our meticulously hand-carved benches wrapped in cosy fur blankets and savour home-brewed herbal teas whilst the sun sets behind you. The night ends with a small fireworks display to celebrate.
DECEMBER
Xmas Foraging Feast
Celebrate in our hidden woodland for what promises to be a Christmas party like no other - wild winter cocktails, a wood-fired sauna, open flame cooking, live music, beautiful guests & scrumptious seasonal produce conjured up by our mystery guest chef cooked over a live fire on an open flame using wood from our surrounding forest.
