Noah is a passionate foodie and nature enthusiast. He used to work in the city but didn’t like it so much so now he calls the woodland his office. His dream is to build a sustainable business which uses food and nature as a way for his customers to reconnect with the natural world.
Rochelle is our operations guru and creates structure out of chaos. She works alongside a chaotic founder and helps bring his crazy ideas come to life. This includes sourcing alphorn players, reading through detailed composting toilet specifications and telling guests where to go when they get lost.
Alana joined the Nomadic team at the peak of the pandemic in search of a new professional family to bond and build the Nomadic brand with. Joining us from luxury travel gurus Black Tomato, Alana has spent years providing groups with once-in-a-lifetime experiences across the globe.
Bringing her career to date from the Mountains, the Beaches, the City and finally to the Woods; Alana is working with our growing Nomadic community, to bring together the wild and the wondrous in sensationally seasonal spectacles that she hopes you will enjoy at Nomadic, all the year round.
Originally from Tel Aviv, Tomer is a professional chef with more than 15 years of experience, working alongside some of Israel’s dominant chef figures.
Since 2014, Tomer has been occupying key positions in highly acclaimed restaurants, both in London (‘The Palomar’) and Amsterdam (‘The Duchess’, ‘Mr Porter’).
Tomer is now joining us as a resident chef, keen on exploring the great outdoors, and bringing his skills, creativity and passion to Nomadic’s challenging environment, focusing on seasonal, sustainable, locally sourced products.

Maud is a French & British food & experience designer. She loves creating stories around food & is passionate about how food brings people together. She is either busy co-ordinating logistics & looking after guests at Nomadic or assisting the chefs in the kitchens. She also runs Salty Studio, her own food design studio in East London.

Zoë is passionate about all things food. She can talk about it endlessly, loves hosting themed dinner parties and during lockdown set up Moons Mini Bakery in her neighbourhood. Alongside working in the woods, she's learning how to make jewellery, hoping to design her own and set up a little business. She's always been a country bumpkin so the woods feels like home and makes her feel most alive. Zoë's background is in events, she's always striving to help people connect to the land, to their food and to each other.
Having immersed herself in the French Alps & living in the lake district for several years her passion for the outdoors, sustainability & locally sourced food fits perfectly with our values here at Nomadic.
From managing hectic bars in the city to organising huge party’s in the Alps, there’s nothing she can’t do. Here we’re able to bring her passion and experience together to create something spectacular for everyone. She hopes you’ll enjoy the experience just as much as she enjoys creating it.
