Noah is a passionate foodie and nature enthusiast. He used to work in the city but didn’t like it so much so now he calls the woodland his office. His dream is to build a sustainable business which uses food and nature as a way for his customers to reconnect with the natural world.
Rochelle is our operations guru and creates structure out of chaos. She works alongside a chaotic founder and helps bring his crazy ideas come to life. This includes sourcing alphorn players, reading through detailed composting toilet specifications and telling guests where to go when they get lost.
Alana joined the Nomadic team at the peak of the pandemic in search of a new professional family to bond and build the Nomadic brand with. Joining us from luxury travel gurus Black Tomato, Alana has spent years providing groups with once-in-a-lifetime experiences across the globe.
Bringing her career to date from the Mountains, the Beaches, the City and finally to the Woods; Alana is working with our growing Nomadic community, to bring together the wild and the wondrous in sensationally seasonal spectacles that she hopes you will enjoy at Nomadic, all the year round.
From a background in restaurants, catering and community based projects, Lola’s generous, vibrant, plant-focused food has won national acclaim. She loves using food to bring people together and believes that eating in nature reconnects us to the food we eat. Using the best quality ingredients from knowledgeable, passionate small farms, producers, and foragers, vegetables from our no dig plot, and just a little ethically reared meat and fish, she is promoting a thoughful, inclusive and more sustainable alternative to the restaurant experience.
