Noah is a passionate foodie and nature enthusiast. He used to work in the city but didn’t like it so much so now he calls the woodland his office. His dream is to build a sustainable business which uses food and nature as a way for his customers to reconnect with the natural world.
Resident Chef & Forager
Hannah is a very smart person. After graduating from Durham with a first-class degree in Natural Sciences, Hannah decided to follow her heart and pursue a career in food. She trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School and then worked at The Ethicurean near Bristol where she continued to expand her knowledge of, and passion for, seasonal food and foraging. Alongside Nomadic, Hannah runs her own supper club, Herbs & Wild.
Rochelle is our operations guru and creates structure out of chaos. She works alongside a chaotic founder and helps bring his crazy ideas come to life. This includes sourcing alphorn players, reading through detailed composting toilet specifications and telling guests where to go when they get lost.
Benedict is the most recent addition to the Nomadic team. His surname is Butterworth and we love the alliteration. He loves wine. Tasting it. Drinking it. Pouring it. Mostly tasting it. Over the next few months he will be curating a wine selection which showcases the best of British and new world wines.
