Once a completed booking has been accepted, all the persons named on the booking form (“the client(s)”) will have entered a binding contract on the basis of these terms & conditions. If you have any questions about them, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We/Us/Our” means Nomadic Hotels LTD of 37 Fairfax Place, London, United Kingdom, NW6 4EJ England registered in England and Wales with Registered Number 10597352.

“You/Your” means a user of this Website and/or customer of Nomadic Hotel.

“Personal Information” means all and any information provided by You in an Order or when registering on any part of this Website to include without limit Your name, address and card details.

“Event” means a guided tour of our woodland, followed by a dining experience prepared live over fire by the chef using the foraged items.

“Location” means the property where the guided tour and the dining experience will take place.

“Foraging” means the act of searching for, with the aid of the Chef, food items at the Location.

“Chef” means the person at the Event that will help You Forage, explain Foraged ingredients to You and cook the meals.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made [online/by telephone/by email/through approved third parties/in person] with us. Terms and conditions subject to availability.

Availability Policy

The experience We offer is limited, and We cannot guarantee availability. We reserve the right to refuse sale if there is no availability for any of Our Events. No booking or charge shall be made if there is no availability.

Booking Policy

Bookings are only to be made via our website, or third-party websites. Please ensure that You are using legitimate channels and be sure that You are in contact with Us and not fraudulent sites. We are not responsible for any losses You may incur through booking mistakes, however, We will try to help You as much as We can.

Payment & Confirmation of Bookings

Payments in all forms are accepted, and a valid credit or debit card will be needed to confirm any purchases or bookings.


Our prices of the Event are shown on website/email/social media and include all taxes. Price may vary depending on the day. We do not permit resale of tickets.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel an Event for any reason; this includes, amongst others, dangerous weather, safety issues, unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event, we have to cancel we aim to give customers as much notice as possible in the event of a cancellation.  Please note we do not offer refunds; however, we offer guests the opportunity to rebook any future event at the same price in the next 12 months for cancellations made on Our behalf.

Customer Cancellation Policy

Your booking once made is non-refundable and non-transferable unless without prior written consent: Cancellations up to 96 hours before your dining experience will not be refunded, we will provide you with a suggested date in which you can move your booking to, this date will be within 4 months of your original reservation date. If you do not redeem your booking by the given expiry date, we are unfortunately unable to honour your booking.

Any cancellations made with less than 96 hours notice are non-refundable and no longer redeemable at a later given date.

For the addition of extra guests to your booking, please note these are given at Nomadic’s discretion based on the current number of tickets sold and within governmental COVID-19 restrictions. When calling to enquire about additional guests at your table, please do give us as much advance notice as possible.

Private bookings taking place on one of our Pre-Existing Timeslots were required 100% to secure the booking.

For Corporate & Private Bookins we require the Hire Fee & minimum drinks spend inc. of VAT as a deposit. Per person, fees are to be paid 1 month before the event.

We require 5 working days notice if you need to amend the number of guests attending. We are not able to refund for guests who don’t attend the event without the appropriate notice.

Please be aware that the Guest Chef may have to provide a perfectly suitable substitute Chef to present his/her menu to you should he/she not be available due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If your Guest Chef experience has to be postponed due to any COVID-19 regulation changes or government-enforced restrictions, Nomadic will provide you with due notice of this change and inform you of the reschedule date as soon as possible.

What happens during the foraging tour?

During each event, we provide a guided tour in which a variety of foraged food is made available. During the tour it is imperative you remain with the course leader at all times and follow her/his instruction. It is within your own choice as to whether or not you wish to eat the food presented to you and you alone take liability for your own well being.

When foraging for wild food, you must be able to correctly identify what you are picking, otherwise you should not eat it. Never eat any wild food without multiple sources of positive identification. SOME WILD PLANTS AND MUSHROOMS IN THE UK ARE DEADLY POISONOUS. Any consumption during a foraging tour we provide is made at your own risk.

All foods discussed are either previously recorded as edible or have been eaten by the course leader. Consumption of wild foods can, however, cause an allergic reaction in certain individuals; we advise against any guests who are pregnant or who have known allergies from trying any ingredients during our foraging tour and take no liability on these occasions. For anyone else wishing to sample small amounts of new wild foods on first consumption there’s always the possibility of freak reaction which has no grounding or basis on the persons common bodily reactions to food. For example, people should avoid sorrel if they have known allergies any member of the Polygonaceae family. We and our associated practitioners take no liability on these occasions.

Although our guided foraged tour is taught by highly experienced & capable leaders, it is not intended that any instruction provided to you while on a tour will in any way qualify you to instruct any third party & no warranty is made to that effect. We hereby exclude any liability we may have to any third party in respect of any loss or damage suffered or incurred by that third party in its reliance on any skills taught by you on the basis of having attended any of our events.

Dietary Requirements

We want Our guests to enjoy themselves and experience new and flavourful food choices; however, We venture to do this safely and healthily. If You have any allergies, We ask that You inform us at the time of booking so that We can accommodate you.

Nomadic Hotels LTD hereby excludes any liability it might have to any third party in respect of any loss or damage suffered or incurred by that third party in its reliance on any skills taught by any client(s) on the basis of having attended any Nomadic Hotels LTD event.

Health and Safety Policy

We take guests health, wellbeing and safety very seriously. We provide lighting and guided paths, alongside a medically trained first aid professional that has access to a first aid medical kit and fire extinguisher. We ask that guests bring their own medical needs, such as EpiPen’s, crutches, inhalers etc. if they so require them.

Liability and responsibility

By the nature of Our Event, guests will contact many natural ingredients, plants, fungi, and other items. Some of these items may be unsafe for consumption. Therefore, guests shall not eat any Foraged item without prior clear and certain permission from the Chef. Guests are advised not to eat any Foraged item whilst Foraging and are advised to wait until the Chef cooks and/or prepares said Foraged item. Guests are personally liable for any illness, loss of health or injury due to eating Foraged items without prior Chef permission. We have a Firepit and advise you stand a safe distance from this.
Further, the Event’s terrain is not flat and may have natural and unnatural holes, logs, bumps and other potentially hazardous environments and structures. Guests should take care and responsibility for their health and safety when on the premises. We are not liable for injury or loss of health of guests who injure themselves at Our location or at Our Events.

Smoking Policy

Guests are only permitted to smoke in designated areas. In some circumstances and in particularly dry weather We may ask Our guests to refrain from smoking altogether at our discretion

Drinking Policy

Alcohol is not permitted to be brought on site. We may provide bar services from time to time at our discretion. Guests are reminded to drink responsibly

Customer behaviour and conduct Policy

Our hosts, Chefs and other staff respect Our guests and wish for them to have a good time; We ask that guests return that respect. Offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. If You engage in such behaviour activities, We may expel You from the Event and the Location without compensation for Your costs.
We also ask that guests dress appropriately for the Event and are considerate with phone calls, and other noise.

What is your policy for a*holes?

Our management reserve the right to remove guests from the site with immediate effect for reasons including but not limited to abusive and aggressive language directed towards members of our staff, drunk and disorderly behaviour, attempted bribery, bringing in any alcohol or illegal substances without our consent or refusing to comply with any of our rules and regulations. Please note we operate within our licensing hours and will ask all guests who are not staying overnight with us to vacate the premises by 10pm at the latest.

Children Policy

Unfortunately due to the nature of the event, We do not permit entry to those aged 16 or under unless we have given our express consent

Pet Policy

Unfortunately, We do not allow pets due to the possibility of other guests having allergies


To protect the natural beauty of the surroundings we have a limited amount of parking on-site.  If parking on site Nomadic. will not be held responsible for any damage to guests vehicles. There may be parking available nearby at the Chiltern Open Air Museum


We reserve the right to charge You for any and all undue damages done to the Location by You.

Lost or Damaged Items

Neither Nomadic Hotels LTD nor its staff take responsibility for damaged or lost items whilst you are with us and advise you to take due care.

Privacy Policy

Nomadic Hotel is the data controller of the Personal Information that it collects from you when you make a booking or interact with us through this website. We may use your Personal Information to manage your booking and recommend Events that may be of interest to you. We may also use photos and videos of you to promote future events unless you expressly state in advance that you do not wish us to do so. We are committed to protecting our guests’ privacy and may only share Personal Information with selected business partners who commit to the highest level of confidentiality. If you have any questions in relation to the Personal Information that we hold or process on you, you may contact info@pilatesyoga.com We recognise that our Guests have certain rights under data protection laws and the right to make a complaint to the relevant data protection authority in relation to data protection issues.

Legal policy

We are not responsible for any claims or legal action made or threatened against You by other guests, staff or agencies due to Your behaviour.

Further, this agreement does not allow either party to act as or hold themselves out as acting as, an agent of the other party and is not enforceable by a third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

This agreement is governed by England and Wales’s law and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
